Understanding your SC setup

Within a 60-minutes remote session, we guide you through a bunch of questions, covering your products, markets, channels, distribution structure, value stream and production network, external supply, inventory and decoupling strategy, ERP landscape. Nothing to prepare from your side, we ask, you answer, we learn. As a result, we reflect our understanding of your SC setup in a “SC Map” that we share with you to ensure it to be “correct enough”. This step is typically done completely remote.

Understanding your process, pain points and challenges

The second step is an onsite workshop. We come to you to walk through your current way of working: the process from demand to supply to fulfillment, the tools you are working with, the roles and responsibilities that get and keep everything going. We’ll discuss your current pain points, opportunities to improve and addressable benefits. We always appreciate a Gemba walk if applicable and time allows. We also appreciate the opportunity to have a brief slot with your senior management to get their perspective on the strategic direction, challenges and impact on supply chain capabilities to master tomorrow.

Playback: Our perspective and proposal – As-is, Vision, Roadmap, Benefits

We play back to you what we’ve seen, what we’ve learned, and what we think about it. You get our honest perspective where we see need for action and why. But we don't leave you alone with a problem statement. We take a stand by formulating a vision, an approach, and a roadmap to realize it, as well as the resulting benefits.
